ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your room will be ready from 2 p.m. on the arrival day. We would ask you to leave your room at 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

SUPPLEMENTS
Surcharge for extra breakfast – EURO 15,00.-
Surcharge for stays of less then 3 days – EURO 10,00.-

REDUCTION
Reduction for bed and breakfast - EURO 10,00.-

RESERVATION/PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Normally only written reservations are accepted, exceptionally also telephonic ones. We’re asking for an advance payment of EUR 150,- . The invoice can be paid cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard. Please check your bill on payment as complaints will not be accepted following your departure.

CANCELLATIONS
•    No penalty will be asked for cancellations at least three weeks prior to arrival
•    Bookings cancelled from 21 to 8 days prior to arrival: 30% of the booked services
•    Bookings cancelled from 7 to 2 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked services
•    Bookings cancelled 1 day prior to arrival or no show: 100% of the booked services
•    Delayed arrival or early departure: 80% of the booked services
 
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a stay booked at the hotel be delayed, not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung travel insurance.

We therefore recommend:
