Good to know

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.

Rates are per person and day, excluding the local tax, including all the Alpenrose inclusive services.

A local tax of  €3.40 is charged per person per day. Children and teens up to the age of 14 are exempt.

We offer modern and cosy single rooms, but you are also welcome to book a double room for yourself.  We do apply a surcharge of €30.00 per night.

For short stays of less than three nights, we apply a surcharge of €10.00 per person and day.

For children sharing the room with two parents, the following discounts apply:

• from 0 to 3 years: €20.00 per day
• from 4 to 6 years: 50% discount
• from 7 to 9 years: 30% discount
• from 10 to 12 years: 20% discount
• from 13 to 16 years: 15% discount

Bookings are only binding in writing, for exceptional cases also by phone. We charge a deposit of  30% on the booking/room

You can settle your bill by debit card, Visa, Mastercard, or in cash (max. €5,000.00).

Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations from 30 days before arrival, the booked stay will be charged in full. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
