Natural way of life
Our home. The fresh, clean air. The majestic mountain world in which we live. We are aware of how precious it all is. Sustainable use of resources is therefore a matter of course for us. We, that is senior hosts Markus and Marion, have been blessed with both children and grandchildren. And we would love to put our Hotel Alpenrose into their hands when the time comes. What this means for you? Your holidays with us are a long-lasting, sustainable experience – and always in close contact with nature.
We ♥ South Tyrol
We use nothing but South Tyrolean products, even when it comes to the beauty products in our rooms and our Rosengarten Spa. We do this out of conviction, because we know that quality is simply right here. We also attach importance to plastic-free products and packaging. We source much of our food from farms in the immediate vicinity. Some we also grow in our very own garden.
Our passion projects
In order to meet our high quality standards, we have reduced our number of rooms. This makes it easier to cover our daily energy needs via the new photovoltaic and woodchip systems.

For us, acting sustainably means using resources consciously. To still be able to satisfy all our needs in the distant future – by tackling new things, implementing fresh ideas, making our contribution.
